In the video below, we remove a dead elm tree with the assistance of a 28ton crane. This tree was situated close to the house and up a steep hill from the road. We were able to avoid these obstacles by utilizing the crane. Our climber works in unison with the crane operator to pick apart this large dead elm tree. Pieces of the tree are set down in the road for processing. Moving the tree parts directly to the road allowed us to avoid climbing up and down the steep hill in front of the tree. In the end this saved us from hours of back breaking work and the homeowner money because of our efficiency. The whole job including clean up and stump grinding took just under 4 hours.

We were contracted this summer to remove two trees on a property in Bloomfield Hills, MI. A dead elm tree next to the house and a storm damaged maple tree in the front yard. The elm tree died of dutch elm disease. The maple had lost a large stem in a storm and was unstable. The homeowner wanted these two trees removed without any damage to the immaculate lawn and landscape. To accomplish this we used a crane, lifting large sections of the tree up and setting them down on pavement for processing. These two large trees were removed with speed and precision. The whole process took just 6 hours.
